Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team and help maintain smooth daily operations. This part-time role offers excellent work-life balance while contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare communications.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to executives and department heads
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, document preparation, and filing systems
  • Assist with HR functions including onboarding and employee records
  • Support event planning and coordination
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members
  • Support special projects and company initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a technology or healthcare company
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Previous part-time work experience
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • Basic understanding of HR processes

Schedule & Commitment

  • Hours: 20-25 hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible within business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
  • Core Hours: Some overlap with team for meetings and collaboration
  • Remote Work: Hybrid or fully remote options available
  • Flexibility: Understanding of work-life balance priorities
