Position Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team and help maintain smooth daily operations. You'll play a crucial role in supporting various departments while contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare communications.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to executives and department heads
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, document preparation, and filing systems
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding and employee records
- Support event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technology or healthcare company
- Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Bilingual capabilities
